Everything you need to know

Accessible Passenger Drop-Off/Pick-Up Zone

In front of the main lobby doors of the Keith-Albee Performing Arts Center is a passenger drop-off/pick-up zone. All patrons are welcome to utilize this space. The area is very limited so there is not permanent street parking in this area. There is a wheelchair-friendly sidewalk entrance entrance, and there are space and chairs available inside the lobby for patrons waiting on party members for entry into the theatre.

Accessible Parking

There are different locations for parking around the venue but there is no direct parking for the venue.

  • There is accessible metered parking around the theatre.
  • There is a metered parking lot located on 4th Avenue between 10th Street and 11th Street. There are accessible spaces available.

Accessible Entrances

The main entrance to the theatre is stairs free. There is only one main entrance to the Keith-Albee Performing Arts Center and that is located on 4th Avenue. All emergency exits on the orchestra level are accessible by all patrons and are accessible. Patrons will be directed to those exits in case of emergency. It is important to note that there is no elevator inside the theatre to reach the mezzanine or balcony seating.

Patrons with Service Animals

If you or someone in your party plans to attend an event with a service animal, please notify box office personnel when purchasing your tickets so that we may make every effort to arrange for seats that can accommodate you and your service animal. Service animals are generally dogs that are individually trained to perform tasks for people with disabilities, including physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual or mental disabilities.

Service animals may perform tasks such as guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling wheelchairs, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, or helping persons with psychiatric and neurological disabilities by preventing or interrupting impulsive or destructive behaviors.

Accessible Seating

Wheelchair-accessible and semi-ambulatory seating are available in the theatre. Please refer to the seating chart for specific accessible seating locations.

When purchasing tickets, kindly identify yourself as a guest requiring accessible seating. One (1) companion or escort may accompany each guest into designated accessible seating areas.

Guests must be 21 years if age or older to purchase and/or consume alcoholic beverages. Valid ID is required.

Please arrive early and travel light, as you will be subject to metal detector screening, visual inspection, and a bag inspection upon entry. Only clear bags no larger than 12″ x 12″ x 6″ will be permitted.
